Terms of cancellation

These are the terms of cancellation for booking rooms.

• Cancellation up to 4 weeks without charge,
• up to 1 week 50 % of the total reservation,
• up to 3 days80 % of the total reservation.

In case of no arrival of the guests or no cancellation we shall need to bill 100% of the first day and 50% of the rest of days if we can not rent the rooms to somebody else.
